A Construction Story

I started my construction company in 2009, while bartending in New York City night clubs (I subsequently opened my own bar, Harlem Nights). Previously, I had worked on Wall St. for a short period, but got laid off in 2008 when the mortgage market started collapsing. My life-long love for woodworking naturally progressed into a business, as I found myself working on projects from referrals. Over the years, I have put in place systems to efficiently run jobs and have created a productive team of carpenters.

Having extensive hands-on experience dealing with condo and co-op buildings in the city, I enjoy helping folks navigate the maze of renovating an apartment in New York.

I have a bachelor degree in business administration, with concentration in investment finance, from UMass Amherst. I have proudly served in the US Army for 6 years, being a combat veteran. I fought in Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 101st Airborne Division. I am extremely detail oriented and execute every project as if it was in my own home. I enjoy turning design dreams into practical and functional spaces. I love building things and I love life in general.

I thank you for your consideration and time in reviewing my work. I wish you the best in your remodeling projects.
